At the end of 2012, homes in the Bridleridge subdivision in Lexington SC sold, on average, for slightly more per square foot than during the first part of the year.  Likewise, the current active homes listed in the Bridleridge subdivision are, on average, priced a little higher per square foot. Unfortunately these increased prices are resulting in longer days on the market.  The average time on the market to sell has increased to around 5 or 6 months. 1 of the homes currently listed in Bridleridge is a short sale scenario and one home listed is a foreclosure. Although a foreclosure, the home at 373 Bridleridge Rd, Lexington SC could be a fantastic buy for someone as it has all new carpet and vinyl, fresh paint and new appliances!
